This is the statement page number, plus the total number of pages. There will be at least 2 pages, and more if there have been a lot of transactions during the year or if your mortgage is made up of more than one part (or sub-account).
02 Your mortgage account number
This is your mortgage account number. Please quote this number whenever you have a mortgage query.
03 Mortgage sub-account 99
Any fees or charges that have been added to your mortgage will usually be shown toghether in sub-account 99. If a mortgage account fee has been charged, the part of the loan used to pay it will be shown in sub-account 98.
04 Sub-account summary
This shows an overview of any fees or charges that have been added to your mortgage.
05 Mortgage term remaining
This is the amount of time left on your main mortgage.
06 Interest rate at 31 Dec 2010
The interest rate will be the same rate as your main mortgage (mortgage sub-account 01).
07 Sub-account type
The payment method (repayment or interest only) will be the same as your main mortgage.
08 Early repayment charges
This shows the early repayment charge you would have to pay if you decided to pay off your mortgage completely (including switching to another lender). It is an illustration and has not been charged to your mortgage. More about early repayment charges.
09 Date after which early repayment charges no longer apply
This is the date after which you will not have to pay an early repayment charge if you decided to pay off your mortgage completely (including switching to another lender).
11 Sub-account transactions
This is where you find a list of any fees and charges added to your mortgage, such as product fees on a particular mortgage deal.
